中华民国开国纪念币双旗十文，品相完好，币面整洁，铜锈自然，光泽明亮，色泽均一，有着较高的艺术价值。钱币正面珠圈内左为十八星旗、右为五色旗，两面国旗相互交叉，上系结带，飘逸洒脱;珠圈外上环为“中华民国”四字，下环铸“开国纪念币”字样。
