五帝钱是中国历史上五位帝王在位期间所铸造并流通的古钱，又称"帝王钱"。Five emperors'money, also known as "emperor's money", was cast and circulated during the reign of five emperors in Chinese history.

自古以来，国人认为古钱具有风水的功能，尤其是建立了丰功伟业的帝王，他们在位期间所铸造的古钱就汇聚了更多天地之灵气、中华之神气、帝王之霸气和百家之财气。大小五帝钱正是具备了天、地、神的强大威力，被民间广泛认可。Since ancient times, Chinese people believe that ancient money has the function of geomantic omen, especially the emperors who have made great achievements. During their reign, the ancient money they forged brought together more spirits of heaven and earth, the spirit of China, the dominance of emperors and the wealth of a hundred schools of thought. It is the five emperors'money that has the powerful power of heaven, earth and god, and is widely recognized by the people.
“五帝钱”因寓意吉祥广为流传，顺治、康熙、雍正、乾隆和嘉庆这五个年号与传统风俗文化中吉祥文字相同或谐音，受到人们喜爱。"Five Emperors'Money" is widely spread because of its auspicious implication. The five years of Shunzhi, Kangxi, Yongzheng, Qianlong and Jiaqing have the same or homophonic characters as those of traditional culture and customs, and are loved by people.
如“顺治”的“顺”寓意顺利、遂心;“康熙”的“康”寓意健康、平安;“雍正”的“雍”寓意富贵和仕途如意;“乾隆”的“乾”与“钱”谐音，符合人们对富裕生活向往意愿;“嘉庆”的“嘉”寓意完美和谐。也正因为如此，坊间民众热衷将“五帝钱”连缀收藏，代表了人们对吉祥美好的追求。For example, "Shunzhi" implies smoothness and success; Kangxi "Kang" implies health and peace; Yongzheng "Yongzheng" implies wealth and good official career; Qianlong "Qian" and "Qian" harmonic sound, in line with people's desire for affluent life; Jiaqing "Jia" implies perfect harmony. 这组五帝钱，分别由“顺治通宝”、“康熙通宝”、“雍正通宝”、“乾隆通宝”、“嘉庆通宝”构成。这五个皇帝是清朝时较为兴旺的时代。这些古钱距今有300年左右的历史，材质属于黄铜，呈现颜色为黄色，广为传世，经万人之手，流传甚之又少。This group of five emperors'money consists of "Shunzhi Tongbao", "Kangxi Tongbao", "Yongzheng Tongbao", "Qianlong Tongbao" and "Jiaqing Tongbao".
